From character dining to quick-service eats, these are the best restaurants at Disney World.

AsTravel + Leisure’s on-staff theme park expert, I visit Walt Disney World several times every year.

For simplicity, we stuck to lounges, bars, quick-service locations, and table-service restaurants.

Its advisable to make reservations as far ahead as possible via the Disney World app or website.

This fairy-tale table-service restaurant offers prix-fixe breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

Guests can choose from entrees like scrambled eggs, French toast, and shrimp and grits for breakfast.

Lunch and dinner options include chicken, filet mignon, and more.

There’s also a plant-based menu for those who don’t want meat or dairy.

Looking for something sweet to eat nearby?

Flanked with suits of armor, this mysterious hallway leads Magic Kingdom guests into Beast’s Castle for quick-service lunch cuisine at Be Our Guest Restaurant.

Plus, it’s one of the few places to serve alcoholic beverages in Magic Kingdom.

The thin-crust Neapolitan pizza is the star of the show at this table-service restaurant.

The restaurant offers an impressive cocktail menu; the espresso martini is the perfect park day pick-me-up.

Walt Disney World

Located in Epcot’s Mexico pavilion, it offers over 200 tequilas.

This bar alone is why I always start my World Showcase journey in Mexico.

And don’t worry if the bar line is long it moves pretty fast for take-out cocktails.

La Creperie de Paris in the France expansion is another solid option located near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

Here, theTeppan Edochefs cook Japanese-inspired favorites right at your table, and sushi is also on the menu.

Even better was the fantastic, attentive service.

Loaded cheddar cheese soup in a cocotte at Le Cellier Steakhouse.

For dessert, try the grapefruit cake or its popular liquid counterpart, the grapefruit cake martini.

My go-to meal here is a Cobb salad with the martini for dessert.

This lounge offers a range of out-of-this-world cocktails and mocktails complete with bright colors and unexpected ingredients.

The Outer Rim a tequila-based cocktail with a black salt rim is my personal favorite.

Menu items include burgers, pasta, chicken strips, and salads, plus milkshakes and themed cocktails.

Plates include crispy mac and cheese bites, artisanal charcuterie boards, and much more.

Looking for something a little more low-key in Disney Springs?

Take a short walk to Town Center for barbecue at The Polite Pig.

I went for breakfast shortly after the hotel opened, and I thought it was absolutely adorable.

Plus, it’s easy to reach Epcot or Hollywood Studios thanks to the Skyliner.

The monorail buzzing by only adds to the fun ambience.

Top off an elevated dinner with a nightcap at the nearbyDahlia Lounge.

TheMichelin-starred restaurantoffers two tasting menus, as well as optional wine or zero-proof drink pairings for an additional fee.

This is the fanciest restaurant at Disney World, so dress accordingly.

Breakfast features visits from Disney characters including Lilo and Stitch.

In addition to the tasty libations, the lounge serves a small menu of Asian-inspired bites.

Note that after 8 p.m., only guests 21 and over may enter.

I love stopping here for an Uh-Oa after a fun-packed day at the Magic Kingdom.

The fun character encounters, beautiful setting, and delicious food make this one of my favorite character meals.

The Stack Burger has been called the best burger on Disney property, and I have to agree.
