Arev St. Tropez, one of Cote d’Azurs newest hotels, has just 50 rooms.

Upon entering the property, I instantly felt at home a feeling that the hotel works hard to achieve.

With just 50 rooms and suites, the size feels intimate and allows for personal interactions with the staff.

The interior design embodies old-school luxury, thanks to famed Spanish designer Luis Bustamante.

This also extends to The Strand, a revival of one of the city’s oldest restaurants.

A full minibar, Nespresso machine, and tea kettle are standard.

The Strands extensive wine list includes 300 wines from around the world and 60 Champagnes.

If cocktails are more your thing, check out Qs Bar, located in the hotel’s lobby.

Mixologists can also create a cocktail customized to your tastes.

Activities and Experiences

One of the most unique experiences at Arev is the hotels plaza.

The olive trees lining Place des Oliviers make you feel like youve wandered into a provencal village.

Enjoy a game of petanque or play padel on the nearby court.

you could enjoy live music and order various frozen drinks from the bar.

The gym includes Peloton bikes, a punching bag, free weights, and treadmills.

Hydrate during your workout at the refreshment bar with fruit-infused water, or use the Arev branded water cartons.

If fitness classes are more your speed, the hotel can arrange on-site yoga and pilates classes.

Arev-branded electric bikes are also available for a spin around town.

Transportation can be arranged upon request.

Dont miss the large open-air market, held on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

Vendors sell everything from food (both produce and ready-to-eat snacks) to clothing and home decor.

The hotel is reachable by train, flight, and ferry.

Alternatively, you might fly into Nice and rent a car there is a large parking lot for guests.

Accessibility and Sustainability

Arev has two accessible rooms.

On sustainability, The Strand restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients, including produce and herbs from its own garden.

Recent offers include a complimentary three-course dinner as part of a stay of two nights or more.
