She relocated to Nuremberg, Germany in late 2015 where she happily resides with her Swedish husband.
Summer is particularly interested in food history and how culinary traditions allow us to better understand each other.
She’s an advocate for responsible travel and believes we should be aiming for regeneration, not just sustainability.
