While this feature can be helpful, we didn’t get much use out of it.
If anything, we wish the hook was removable as it takes up room when not in use.
But the lack of interior organization makes it difficult to keep things in place.
It might be better suited for carrying fewer larger products instead of numerous smaller ones.
