It’s a place where the only thing on your to-do list should be to reapply sunscreen.

That is traditionally the slowest tourism month of the year,according to the Turks and Caicos Tourist Board.

This is when temperatures peak between 84 and 87 degrees Fahrenheit, and rain stays to a minimum.

The best time to score a deal is during peak hurricane season, from late August to early November.

There are also more mosquitoes during this time, especially in regions that experience heavy rains and flooding.

Fortunately, the lack of wind creates ideal flat conditions for snorkeling and diving.
