As I prepared for this journey, I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect.
It didn’t take long to realize this was no ordinary train ride.

The menu changes seasonally, with vegetarian and gluten-free offerings to accommodate dietary needs.
The scenery was so stunning that I found myself getting lost in the surrounding beauty.
(No, that did not stop me from taking 60-plus photographs.)
