When it comes to work, I’m the most focused on a plane.

Even though Ive gone on and on about Rome, I like Dominos Pizza.

One Italian habit or lifestyle trait that you’d wish the U.S. would adopt?

I think this is probably most of Europe, but they take their time off seriously.

When they’re not working, they’re not working.

They don’t carry it with them.

When they work, they really work.

But when they leave work and take time off, that’s a sacred space.
